I am a Certified Dream Releaser Coach and the goal my life coaching services is to partner with clients to translate their dreams into achieveable goals.  Our life coaching services can be bundled into packages that create value, efficiency, and effectiveness for clients.  The foundational premise of the Dream Releaser Coaching modules are providing Support, Encouragement, and Accountability to organizations and individuals so that the desired change and improvement can go from a dream to a manifested reality.  Sessions are structured to be effective in a variety in mediums and can be facilitated virtually, in-person, and in group settings.

I have had the privilege of working as a Human Resources professional for over 20 years with retail, restaurant, and non-profit organizations. I have expanded beyond these services to include back-office HR support for organizations looking to outsource HR services which include: Payroll & Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Training & Development, Policy & Procedure Development, and Employee Relations.

Our Motivational Speaking services are based on equipping and empowering individuals, businesses, and organizations to pursue hire levels of achievement. Our speaking series are tailored to the individual audience based on our preliminary assessment interview process. This ensures that the speaking engagement will engage and fulfill the needs of the audience.
